2007:

Wiekus joined the confirmation class this year and he will become a member of Sheperd of the Sierra Presbyterian Church in 2008.

Wiekus participated in the 30 hour Famine at Youth Group. It was hard not eating for 30 hours, but the experience was worthwhile!

At the 30 hour Famine, I volunteered to help the kids bake bread to break the fast on Saturday.

Neels became an Elder in our church.  He is also responsible for the sound system at Sheperd of the Sierra, he has talent for technology, computers, devices with lots of buttons, colors and it has to look complicated. 

2006:

Ek en Neels is baie aktief by ons kerk.  Ons is leiers van die youth group, graad 7 - 12.  Hier is foto's van die pret wat ons gehad het in Oktober 2006 met 'n Napoleon Dynamite night.
